Last night I sat down to watch the Tennessee football game. I'm not that into sports, but I grew up in Knoxville and their team spirit is super crazy to say the very least. One example of this "Big Orange" spirit is my buddy has a completely "Volunteer" orange bathroom - I mean all the way down to little "Vol" orange football soaps and shower curtains, and its really ugly. I wouldn't be surprised if he yelled out "GO VOLs!" everytime "he dropped a kid off at the pool" or sang "Rocky Top Tennessee" at the top of his lungs EVERYTIME he took a shower.
The stadium holds over 100,000 people...etc.
So, I try to keep up with them whenever I can. I think it just helps me keep connected to home, youth, whatever you want to call it. I haven't lived in Knoxville
for something like 16-17 years...I digress.
I'm on the couch watching the game and, for no apparent reason, I started a reading list (next 5 books...) containing all the books I that I already owned and truly wanted to read.
Before I knew it, I had 64 books written down in a special, balanced order based on diversity, multiple intelligences, length, difficulty, and book cover color, along with calculations of how long it would take me to finish this list if I read 10 pages a day. It came to between 5-6 years.
I suddenly got a little objectivity on what the hell I was doing. "What the hell am I doing?"
I don't know. I just thought it was a weird thing to do, not to mention that I lost about 15 minutes of the spacetime continuum, woke up naked in my backyard with someone else's sperm on my toe (How did I know you ask? It was blue...and it tasted like sperm...I'm not gay)

I tried to see this one at SXSW, but made another one instead.
Saw it last night.
I'm not a reviewer, and I personally believe that the best way to go see a movie is to know as little as possible.
